IDB announces Wally Crow as New Chairman

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Industrial Development Board (IDB) is pleased to announce Wally Crow as the Chairman of the Board for the 2014-2015 term.

Crow is a contract employee with the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Campbell and the owner of Crow Engineering.

He will also be serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council, where he will assume the position of Chairman in July 2015.

Also serving on the Executive Committee of the Board this year are; David Chesney, Vice-Chairman; Billy Atkins, Secretary-Treasurer; Niesha M. Wolfe; Carl Wilson; Billy Atkins; Joyce Norris; David Smithfield and Immediate Past Chairman Don Jenkins. Currently there is a vacant position on the Board due to the resignation of Tim Hall as President of APSU.

Ex-Officio members of the Board include; Mike Evans, IDB Executive Director; Cal Wray, Economic Development Council Executive Director; Dick Batson, Board Counsel; Montgomery County Mayor Carolyn Bowers and City of Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan.

The Industrial Development Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings are open to the public and notice is posted at the Economic Development Council office, City Hall and the Montgomery County Courts Complex.
