Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Billy Dunlop Park to get facelift this Saturday

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation has partnered with Freudenberg Filtration Technologies of Hopkinsville, Kentucky to complete a Company Service Project at Billy Dunlop Park on Saturday, September 28th, 2013.

The project will consist of replacing the gravel that covers the playground with a softer wood mulch and clearing out brush near the walking bridge.

“The Department of Parks and Recreation is proud of the partnership established with Freudenberg Filtration Technologies,” said Mark Tummons, Director of Clarksville Parks and Recreation, “and we hope that this will lead to further projects on down the road whether at Billy Dunlop or other city Parks.”
