Austin Peay State University Department of Art and Design to hold US Bank Open Exhibition April 15th-16th
Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s Department of Art and Design will host the 2016 US Bank Open Exhibition April 15th-16th, during Clarksville’s Rivers and Spires Festival.
The Open Exhibition is an opportunity for artists living in and around Montgomery County to exhibit their work, sell their work and to help raise money for APSU art scholarships.
This year’s exhibition will be held at 328 College Street, in the former Jenkins and Wynne ‘Pre-Owned Sales’ building.
Residents (18 years and older) of Montgomery County and surrounding regions may submit one work of art in the Amateur or the Professional division. APSU art faculty may also submit work to the exhibition, but they will not be considered for awards. All entries must be original and not previously shown in the Open Exhibition.

An opening reception will be held from 5:00pm-8:00pm Friday, April 15th. Exhibition awards will be announced beginning at 6:00pm. The exhibition will be open to the public from 5:00pm-8:00pm on Friday, April 15th, and from 10:00am-8:00pm on Saturday, April 16th.
