F&M Bank announces Promotions

Clarksville, TN – F&M Bank has announced the following promotions of four veteran mortgage employees, according to Sammy Stuard, bank CEO and president.

Denise Alexander, vice president and operation manager for F&M’s mortgage department has been promoted to senior vice president of F&M Bank.

Yvonne Witzler, assistant vice president and manager of F&M’s mortgage office in Clarksville has been promoted to vice president of F&M Bank.

Rodney Wilds, manager of F&M’s mortgage office in Brentwood, TN has been named F&M Bank vice president.

Brian Maggart, manager of the organization’s Hendersonville, TN mortgage office has been promoted to F&M Bank vice president.

“Over the last three years, each of these individuals have worked incredibly hard and have taken a leadership initiative in positioning F&M as a high-profile resource for home loans throughout Middle Tennessee,” remarked Stuard. They have been instrumental in the rapid growth and success of the bank’s mortgage division, and are largely responsible for the recognition F&M Mortgage has received on a statewide level.”

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) program recognized F&M as one of its 2012 Premier Lenders for 2012. F&M Mortgage ranked seventh in the state for GRH loans to families with moderate house hold incomes and fourth year-to-date for Tennessee Housing Development Agency loans.
