Zach Wilbanks Named Mortgage Loan Originator for F&M Mortgage

Clarksville, TN – Zach Wilbanks has been named a mortgage loan officer at F&M Mortgage, a division of F&M Bank.

In his new role, Zach will assist clients with a variety of mortgage lending solutions, while establishing new business relationships and strengthening his presence in the surrounding areas. 

A graduate of Austin Peay State University (APSU) College of Business, Wilbanks is a resident of Clarksville Tennessee.

Clarkville’s Amazing Race to Benefit the LEAP Organization

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Association of Realtors® will host Clarksville’s Amazing Race, benefitting the LEAP Organization, on July 8th, 2017.

Clarksville’s Amazing Race involves teams of two racing against other teams in a citywide scavenger hunt as they perform tasks, solve puzzles, answer trivia questions and complete surprise challenges.

Denise Alexander, vice president and operation manager for F&M’s mortgage department has been promoted to senior vice president of F&M Bank.

Yvonne Witzler, assistant vice president and manager of F&M’s mortgage office in Clarksville has been promoted to vice president of F&M Bank.

F&M Bank Mortgage receives Premier Lender Award

F&M Mortgage Receives Statewide Recognition from THDA and USDA Rural Development

Clarksville, TN – The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) has recognized F&M Mortgage as one of its top five lenders statewide for the second year in a row. In addition, the USDA Rural Development has recognized the organization with its Premier Lender Award for outstanding loan production in rural Tennessee communities.
