Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Events for April

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of April.

The Chamber’s Business Before Hours will be held on Thursday, April 12th from 7:00am-9:00am The event will be hosted by Dogwood Bend, 160 Hillcrest Drive. Business Before Hours is offered at no cost.

The Chamber’s Business After Hours will be held on Thursday, April 19th from 5:00pm-7:00pmat Public Square. Get Downtown that night for the Annual Clarksville Young Professional’s Rivers & Spires kickoff event. Be sure to also stick around for all the fun lined up that evening including a cornhole tournament, music by the band “The Fried Five” at 7:00pm and the 80’s cover band, “Guilty Pleasures”, at 8:30pm. APSU will also be preseting the Spires Street Stomp, a step competition, that night. There will be great giveaways including a Jasmine S35 Acoustic Guitar autographed by Little Big Town! Business After Hours is offered at no cost.

On Thursday, April 26th, from 9:00am–3:00pm there will be the Annual Spring Job Fair at the Riverview Inn, 50 College Street. The 2012 job fair will be an excellent opportunity for your business to meet the available and qualified work force in Clarksville-Montgomery County! And, for those looking for a new job, come with your resume in hand and dressed for success. Businesses will be conducting interviews and one-on-one meetings with potential employees. The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee will hold their Annual Clarksville-Montgomery County Warrior Week April 26th-29th. The celebration honors military men, women and their families and gives local residents and businesses a chance to show appreciation for their service and sacrifice. Along with several days of scheduled activities for the entire family, several businesses in town will be extending special discounts for military I.D. holders.
