Join Clarksville Parks and Recreation for a Trail Cleanup at Robert Clark Park

Clarksville Parks and Recreation DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksvillians are encouraged to join in the beautification of one of Clarksville’s favorite blueway access points.

Clarksville Parks and Recreation is hosting a cleanup at Robert Clark Park, located at 1449 Tiny Town Road, on Sunday, April 24th from 8:00am to 10:00am.

Our trails need constant maintenance, but to make it more fun, we schedule volunteer maintenance days throughout the year to keep them in shape.

We hope you can join us in helping keep the city’s trails beautiful!

Groups as well as individuals are welcome to participate.

To pre-register for the Trail Cleanup, visit www.cityofclarksville.com/parksrec

However, pre-registration is not necessary to participate in this opportunity, walk-ups are welcomed! Trash bags will be provided but participants may want to bring their own gloves.

The mission of the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is to provide a variety of positive recreational experiences to enhance life values for individuals, families, and our diverse culture.

The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department offers a wide variety of recreational facilities and activities for all ages, maintains more than 700 acres of parks and facilities, provides 22 park facilities that offer a variety of amenities, including playgrounds, picnic areas, walking trails and pavilions or picnic shelters and maintains three community centers with year-round programming for youth, adults and seniors, as well as four public swimming pools
