“Govs Give Back” takes place Saturday

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University student-athletes will be out in force, Saturday morning, for the third-annual Govs Give Back event.
Sponsored by Austin Peay’s FCA and partnered with Manna Café, Austin Peay student-athletes will gather at Burt School at 8:00am to begin unloading trucks sent from the Second Harvest Food Bank in Nashville to provide food for those in need in the Clarksville community.

Volunteers from the Austin Peay athletic department will be on hand until every box, which will include items such as detergent, bottled water and nonperishable food items, is handed out.
