Over 70,000 cats and dogs are born in the United States everyday. Sadly, an overwhelming majority of these animals will end up in shelters, and if not adopted, will be euthanized.

The Montgomery County Friends of the Shelter is a non-profit, all volunteer organization. Their primary goal is to assist the efforts of Montgomery County Animal Control. “Friends of the Shelter” has no paid staff, and all of the monies they receive go directly to the needs of the Animal Shelter.
