Rye began working for First Advantage Bank in 2007 in the credit administration department as a credit analyst while attending Austin Peay State University.

He graduated from APSU with a degree in accounting in 2008 and brings in-depth knowledge of bank policies and experience in assessing and analyzing the financial risk of loans.
