Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department hiring Part Time Associate Historical Interpreter

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for the part-time Associate Historical Interpreter position.
The Associate Historical Interpreter will assist the Historical Interpreter with leading tours at Fort Defiance and in the daily operation of the Interpretive Center and park site.

The Interpreter will provide assistance in researching and interpreting the daily lives of Civil War soldiers, Clarksvillians, and other County residents during the early to mid-1800s and the effects the Civil War had upon them (economic, social, religious, cultural, etc.).
