Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Events for June 2012

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of June.

On Tuesday, June 5th at 7:30am the Chamber will host a Power Breakfast at the Riverview Inn, 50 College Street. At this Power Breakfast, sponsored by the APSU College of Business, we will welcome Chick-fil-A Vice President, Training and Development, Mark Miller.

Miller began his Chick-fil-A career as an hourly team member and worked his way up the ladder to his current VP position. Miller will share through personal experience how you can gain knowledge, reach out to others, open your world and walk through wisdom to become the best and most effective leader you can be. He is the co-author, with Ken Blanchard, of the international bestseller The Secret. The cost is $20.00 for Chamber members and $25.00 for non-members.

The Chamber’s Business after Hours will be held on Thursday, June 21st from 5:00pm-7:00pm. The event will be hosted by Bill Roberts Thunder Road Automotive and Marine, 997 South Riverside Drive. Business After Hours is offered to Chamber members at no cost.

The 2nd Annual Clarksville-Montgomery County Growth Summit, sponsored by the APSU College of Business, will take place at the APSU Morgan University Center at 7:30am on Tuesday June 26th. The Summit will be an opportunity to hear from leaders in several industries giver their approach and vision for regional planning.
