Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence to offer Aquatic Belly Dancing Classes

Clarksville, TN – Try something new at the Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence! The Indoor Aquatic Center, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, is kicking off its first-ever Aquatic Belly Dancing class on March 5th from 6:15pm to 7:00pm.

The class will continue weekly on Mondays from 6:15pm to 7:00pm and Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 5:45pm. Cost is $5.00 per class.

Aquatic Belly Dancing focuses on the isolation of muscles partnered with water resistance to teach participants core balance and better posture. Participants will tone and strengthen the whole body with focus on the upper back, arms, legs and abdomen. An average low impact 55 minute Belly dance burns 200-300 calories.
