Radical Mission provides much needed assistance for those in need

Clarksville, TN – 5-1/2 years ago The Clarksville First Church of the Nazarene saw a need in our community that had to be met. They had people who would come in to the Church from the streets needing food, shelter, and other things. Out of this need emerged a new Radical Mission for the church, embracing our community through compassion, and so that is what they named it.

The Clarksville Salvation Army was the beneficiary of the show. This year, Bonehead Promotions is focusing on The Clarksville Hunger Project, an awareness campaign featuring benefits for the local agencies who fight hunger in our community, because hunger is no laughing matter.

Comedy on the Cumberland returns to the Roxy Theater for Second Season

Clarksville, TN – The next Comedy on the Cumberland show is set for Tuesday, March 15^th at 7:00pm at the Roxy Regional Theatre. The show will feature the very funny Karen Mills, who headlines a line-up of some of the funniest comedians working today. “I was referred to Karen Mills by the last shows headliner Henry Cho, and if he thinks she’s funny, then she’s funny”, said Hank Bonecutter.

Mills will be joined by Nashville comics Renard Hirsch, and Donnie Pollard. “Renard is hilarious”, said Bonecutter. “I’ve seen him perform, and I’ve performed with him, and he never disappoints”. “He’s one of the hardest working comedians in Nashville and is in high demand”. Donnie Pollard is one of Nashville’s “up and coming” comics, and has been sharpening his skills in Nashville, and Knoxville, where “crowds love him.”
