Owner Curtis L. Scott, a 22-year Veteran who served in Iraq with four deployments and lasting injuries, began his photography career in fourth grade. “I was taking shots of everything back then, but eventually focused more on portrait photography.”

Clarksville, TN – Applications are now being accepted for booth space at the 11th annual “Frolic on Franklin: A Celebration of the Arts.”
The event will be held on Saturday, September 24th, from 8:30am to 3:30pm, in the 100-block of historic Franklin Street in downtown Clarksville.
Coordinated by the Roxy Regional Theatre, the street event offers 30 vendor spaces where artists can showcase and sell fine arts and handcrafted items, including photography, paintings and drawings, pottery, jewelry, glass items and more.
Award-winning photographer to give free talk at APSU on June 16th

Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, June 16th, at 7:00pm, award-winning photographer Tyler Stableford will discuss multimedia and still photography at Austin Peay State University’s Clement Auditorium.
The presentation, which is free and open to the public, is part of the University Photographers’ Association of America’s 2016 Annual Technical Symposium, hosted this year by APSU’s Office of Public Relations and Marketing from June 13th-17th.

APSU Community School of the Arts adds full dance program for Fall 2015 season

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Arts and Heritage Development Council invites organizations seeking funding for artistic and cultural projects that benefit the community to apply for an Arts Build Communities (ABC) grant.
Arts Build Communities (ABC) is a program funded by the Tennessee Arts Commission and administered by the Clarksville Arts and Heritage Development Council (AHDC) in cooperation with the Tennessee Arts Commission (TAC).
ABC grants offer financial support for arts projects in all disciplines such as dance, music, opera/musical theatre, theatre, visual arts, design arts, crafts, photography, media arts, literature, interdisciplinary and folk arts.
