They are the Zinghoppers…Nashville’s #1 Kids Entertainers and bonafide preschool pop stars!

On October 26th members of the group will take to the stage for two performances at the Roxy Regional Theatre, in a concert entitled, “A Superhero Learning Adventure”. The group has music videos that air daily on Nashville Public Television as well as on over 100 PBS member stations nationwide.

Montgomery County Veterans Service OrganizationMontgomery County, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Veterans Day Parade will take place on Saturday, November 9th, with pre-parade ceremonies set for 9:00am in front of the historic courthouse (south side) on Third Street in Downtown Clarksville.

Keynote speaker is Mary Ross, national commander of Women Veterans of America, with remarks by Montgomery County Mayor Carolyn Bowers and Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan.

Clarksville Park and Recreation’s Boxing Cardio packs a punch of calorie-burning activity

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – Punch and kick away the pounds at the Burt-Cobb Community Center’s Boxing Cardio class! Boxing Cardio is open to youth and adults ages 9 years and older.

For just one hour of blood-pumping cardio, participants can burn anywhere from 800-1,000 calories as well as relieve the stress of daily life in this class held Mondays at 6:30pm at the center, located at 1011 Franklin Street, beginning November 4th. [Read more]
