Early Storm does not dampen Riverfest Friday night

Clarksville, TN – Friday night fun at this year’s Riverfest was slightly delayed as a storm moved through in the late afternoon hours, but by 6:00pm the sound of live music was echoing across the Cumberland River and McGregor Park was coming to life.
Riverfest is Clarksville’s annual 3-day music and arts festival that features food, activities for kids of all ages, and an always impressive lineup of bands from Clarksville, Nashville and beyond.

This free, three-day music and arts festival features three stages of diverse local and nationally known entertainers and cultural groups, plus delicious food and fun for the entire family.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Riverfest is excited to host not one but two water competitions as part of this year’s festival, Rally on the Cumberland and the Cardboard Boat Regatta.
Rally on the Cumberland will be September 9th at 8:00am and Cardboard Boat Regatta will be the same day at 1:00pm.
Clarksville’s Riverfest announces 2013 Festival Headliners

Clarksville, TN – Riverfest is excited to announce the Friday and Saturday night headline performers for the 2013 festival to be held September 6th and 7th. The two-day festival has been celebrating music, arts and Clarksville river heritage for 26 years this year!
On, Friday, September 6th, Clarksville Riverfest is proud to welcome Christian recording group Sidewalk Prophets. Sidewalk Prophets will be performing at 9:00pm on the First Baptist Church Stage.
Riverfest’s 5th Annual Regatta Winners Awarded

Clarksville, TN – The Riverfest Regatta is not your typical boat race. The boats racing down the Cumberland River last Saturday morning, were made of cardboard along with a few other approved materials. Twenty-four teams competed not only for bragging rights, but trophies were awarded to the first, second, and third place teams in each division.
Porter’s Battery at the 2011 Clarksville Riverfest

Clarksville, TN – On September 10th, 2011, Porter’s Battery was at Clarksville’s Riverfest. They had a small encampment approximately where Fort Clark was located at the mouth of the Cumberland and Red Rivers.
The Battery only had one of their Civil War era cannons on display, but they put it to good use firing off blasts every two hours during the day to the delight of the watching crowd. [Read more]
Clarksville’s Riverfest Continues Today

Clarksville, TN – The 2011 Riverfest Festival continues Saturday, September 10th featuring six stages of entertainment, art exhibits, crafts, vendors, delicious food.
The morning kicks off at 10:00am with the Riverfest Regatta. Started in 2007, crews manning boats built out of cardboard race down the Cumberland River. More boat than ever are expected at this year’s Riverfest Regatta.
