Volunteers needed for Foster Care Review Board
Montgomery County, TN – The Foster Care Review Board is seeking volunteers to serve on its boards. Board members make recommendations to the Juvenile Court Judge or Magistrate that is overseeing each child custody case.
Board members are asked to attend one board meeting per month. The boards usually meet on the 1st and 2nd Tuesdays and the 4th Monday of each month. [Read more]

Clarksville, TN – The next meeting of the Clarksville (TN) Civil War Roundtable will be on Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 at the Bone & Joint Center, 980 Professional Park Drive, right across the street from Gateway Hospital. This is just off Dunlop Lane and Holiday Drive and only a few minutes east of Governor’s Square mall. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm and is always open to the public. West Creek Elementary School to hold Fundraiser for Paralyzed Student Emily Jean
Clarksville, TN – On January 29th at 6:00pm, West Creek Elementary School will host a Talent Showcase to raise funds for Glenellen Elementary third grader, Emily Jean.
Through donations at the door, a silent auction, and t-shirt sales, the school is hoping to raise wonderful support for this little girl!
