The awards luncheon also will serve as a time to honor the namesake of the giving program, Dr. Carmen Reagan, first female dean of the APSU College of Business and an influential community leader, volunteer and philanthropist.

The Reagan Giving Circle was launched in the fall of 2011. The purpose of the program is to cultivate women as philanthropic leaders, create new and substantial funding via the support of women, identify opportunities emphasizing the educational enrichment of women, allocate funds based on majority voting preferences and accomplish change and celebrate the impact on women’s lives.
