Women C.A.R.E. Expo-Creating Attainable Realities for Empowerment

Clarksville, TN – Daymar Institute in partnership with the Young Daughters of Destiny will debut their 1st Annual Women C.A.R.E. Expo- Creating Attainable Realities for Empowerment, an event dedicated entirely to women.
The 2011 show, which will be held at Daymar Institute, will showcase over 30 agencies and home based business owners. The Expo’s focus is on working from home, owning your own business and higher education opportunities. [Read more]

New session of Zumba to start at the Crow Center
January 7, 2011
Clarksville, TN – A new session of Zumba fitness classes will begin at the Crow Community Center January 12th. The 6-week class session will be held on Wednesdays 5:30pm–6:30 pm and on Fridays 5:00pm-6:00pm. Cost is $3.00 per class or $30.00 for the entire 6-week session.

Zumba Classes to Begin

The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department will soon be offering Zumba classes once again! Join us beginning July 14th, Wednesday’s from 6:30pm-7:30pm and Friday’s from 5:00pm-6:00pm at the Crow Community Center located at 211 Richview Road for this popular music and dance program.
Zumba is a fitness class that features interval training sessions that incorporates fast and slow rhythms with resistance training. [Read more]
