Clarksville’s Movies in the Park 2012 season to kick off May 5th

Clarksville, TN – Movies in the Park, the FREE outdoor movie series at the Heritage Park Soccer fields, will kick off its seventh season, Saturday, May 5th with the Oscar winning film, “Hugo” – which is rated PG.
Come early to save your spot and check out this year’s new wellness feature, “Move Before the Movies,” presented by Clarksville Parks & Recreation, the YMCA of Clarksville, and the Mayor’s Fitness Council. [Read more]
Roxy Regional Theatre introduces actors and actresses for upcoming performances

Clarksville, TN – The warmer weather is not the only change happening in Clarksville, as the Roxy Regional Theatre has a whole new company taking on the next several shows in the 29th season. Some of you will recognize from past Roxy productions and we are excited to have several new faces joining us this season.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce them, as they are a part of our Roxy family and will serve Clarksville with their stellar performances over the next several months.

“I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change,” is having its two final performances this weekend at the Roxy Regional Theatre.

Clarksville, TN – Certified yoga instructor Travis Kendrick provides an accessible and eclectic blend of different styles of yoga for all ages, designed to tone and stretch the entire body, relieve stress and create a deep experience of well-being.
Classes are held Monday through Saturday from 8:00am until 9:00am. The price is $10.00 per class, or $40.00 for the entire week. [Read more]
