“Handmade Holidays” event continues Sunday, November 18th

Clarksville, TN – The Wilma Rudolph Event Center, located at Liberty Park, is excited to host its first-ever holiday event, known as “Handmade Holidays- a Crafters Bazaar”, featuring holiday-themed handmade and handcrafted items.
The event continues Sunday, November 18th, 2012 from noon to 5:00pm.

Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce November Events

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of November.
On November 10th, the Chamber will be hosting the 20th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast at the Austin Peay State University Morgan Center. The morning will begin with a buffet style breakfast at 7:30am followed by a salute to our veterans and then will conclude with COL Andrew P. Poppas, Deputy Commander (Operations), 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), serving as the keynote speaker.

Liberty Park Grand Opening this afternoon
October 23, 2012
Clarksville, TN – Tuesday afternoon, October 23rd, Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan will cut the ribbon marking the official grand opening of Liberty Park.
Activities will begin at 3:30pm and will conclude at 7:30pm. There will be face painting, a balloon artist, a display of some of the City’s fire and police vehicles, archery, performances by a local dance group and an exhibition by the Clarksville Police Department’s K-9 Unit.
