Austin Peay State University’s new Police Chief ready to make Campus Police among the best

Clarksville, TN – Now that Terence Calloway has been sworn in as the new police chief at Austin Peay State University, he is ready to make campus police and public safety among the best.
“I want to do a comprehensive audit of our department and identify priorities from there. I want to help make us one of the best police departments in the nation,” Calloway said.

Clarksville, TN – After a nationwide search, Austin Peay State University announces it has hired a new director of public safety and chief of campus police. Terence Calloway will join APSU on January 23rd, 2012, in his new role.
Calloway is an accomplished administrator with more than 16 years of experience. He has directed an effective and efficient community-oriented police operation, including patrol, investigation support, training, budget management and administrative services. He also has extensive experience providing service to his community. [Read more]
