These vouchers are available to everyone. There is no documentation required. Other reduced pricing is available for all income levels. The regular voucher price is $60.00 for females and $50.00 for males. Through this offer, the voucher price is $30.00 for females and $25.00 for males. [Read more]
Humane Society of Clarksville Montgomery County to host Kitten Adoption Day Sunday

Clarksville, TN – On Sunday, June 24th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, the Humane Society of Clarksville Montgomery County will hold a Kitten Adoption Day.
The photos shown below look like they could have been pulled out of a professionally designed calendar, but every kitty you see is available for adoption through the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County.
As the kittens get older, it gets tougher and tougher to find them homes. During this time of year, the phones at local area shelters ring off the walls with individuals needing help placing litters of kittens (and spaying mama cats to prevent future litters).

Glenellen Elementary School Collects Pennies for Paws

Clarksville, TN – The fifth grade classes of Ms. Morris, Ms. Hoyt, Ms. Blick, Ms. Summers, Ms. Moseley and Ms. Hall at Glenellen Elementary School recently competed for a pizza party by collecting pennies (although no form of money was turned away!) for the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County.
Ms. Hall’s class earned the pizza party raising nearly one-third of the total collected! But, the real winner was the Humane Society with an overall $331.22 raised.
Ms. Hall’s class raised the most money for the Humane Society and won the pizza party.
Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County Open House Saturday

Clarksville, TN – The Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County is proud to announce its first ever Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 10th from 1:00pm-5:00pm. The event will be held at the Humane Society office, which is located at 940 Tennessee Avenue, just behind Arby’s on Riverside Drive.
Guests will be able to visit with some of the foster animals currently available for adoption, shop for holiday gifts, purchase a variety of baked goods and enjoy refreshments and holiday music. Gift wrapping services will also be available for a donation.

Clarksville, TN – The Humane Society of Clarksville Montgomery County’s foster pets have been “dressed” in the finest Christmas attire in hopes that a Secret Santa Paws will pick them!
All have submitted their wish lists – we have checked them twice – and, their foster homes assure us they have been less naughty and more nice. On behalf of our foster babies who don’t yet have furr-ever homes and the wonderful foster families who love them as their own throughout the year, we will be accepting online donations and hand delivered gifts under the Christmas tree at the Humane Society office through next Friday, December 9th during office hours 9:00am-2:00pm. SPAY-Ghetti Dinner Fundraiser

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, October 7th the Clarksville Montgomery County Humane Society is holding their Spay-ghetti Dinner at the Madison Street United Methodist Church. The dinner starts at 5:00pm with the last seating at 7:30pm.
Tickets are only $10.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Kids 10 and under.

Fix a Pitty or a Kitty this Saturday

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, August 27th from 8:00am to 2:00pm, the Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County will be utilizing a grant to provide our community with very reduced spay-neuter rates for Cats and Pit Bulls (or mixes) only.
If you know any families that are struggling with caring for an unaltered Cat or Pit Bull. Please educate them on this one day opportunity!
