Montgomery Central High School Cheerleaders to host Cheer for a Cure 5K Breast Cancer Walk/run

Cunningham, TN – The Montgomery Central Cheerleaders will be hosting a 5K Walk/Run at Montgomery Central High School beginning at 9:00 am on September 29th, 2012.
All proceeds (100%) collected from registration, apparel sales, and donations go directly to Stella Bertz Cheer For A Cure®. Through the Cheer For A Cure events held across the country, the organization has been able to fund research and programs that are helping in the fight against cancer, while promoting youth leadership and athletics. Cunningham, TN – The “Cunningham Cheer for a Cure” Cheerleading Competition, held at Montgomery Central High School last Saturday, raised more than $5,000 for the Stella Bertz Breast Cancer Organization.
Teams attending were Montgomery Central High School Cheer, West Creek High School Cheer, Smyrna High School Cheer, Calloway County High School Cheer, Cheatham County High Dance and Montgomery Central Middle Dance.

Stella Bertz Cheer For A Cure Announces Upcoming Cheer For A Cure® Championship in Cunningham, Tennessee

Cunningham, TN – Stella Bertz Cheer For A Cure, an organization dedicated to raising cancer awareness and funding for cancer research, today announced the upcoming Cheer For A Cure® Championship to be held Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 at Montgomery Central High School.
Stella Bertz Cheer For A Cure®, a non-profit organization, was established in 2005 and has since grown into a national, community-based organization dedicated to raising funds in an effort to impact the lives of those who have been touched by cancer. [Read more]
