Clarksville, TN – Every year, Austin Peay State University (APSU) students and people in the Clarksville community get ready to support a great cause as they face ice-cold pool temperatures at the Foy Recreation and Fitness Center. The reason – to support the Special Olympics Tennessee athletes.

Clarksville, TN – Join hundreds of brave souls from 10:00am-noon on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 at the Austin Peay State University (APSU) Foy Fitness and Recreation Center pool and support Special Olympics Tennessee athletes by taking a chilly dip.

Clarksville, TN – Come and join hundreds of brave individuals on Sunday, February 23rd at 1:30pm and support Special Olympics Tennessee athletes by jumping into the chilly waters of the outdoor pool at Foy Recreation Center on Austin Peay State University campus.
With just $50.00 in donations each plunger receives the official long-sleeved Plunge t-shirt and all bragging rights associated with such a brave endeavor.
Hilldale Civitan Club to hold 39th Annual State of Tennessee Old-Time Fiddlers’ Championship

Clarksville, TN – On March 8th and 9th 2013, the Hilldale Civitan Club will hold its official “Old-Time Fiddlers’ Championship and Festival” at Rossview High School.
The Festival will start at 7:00pm on Friday, March 8th and at 9:00am on Saturday, March 9th.
