Youth Summer Trip to Washington DC

Clarksville, TN – The LEAP Organization is preparing to take 50 middle and high school students on a chartered bus to Washington DC from June 22nd to June 26th.
The purpose of this trip is to provide our youth with an opportunity to journey through our past and see history in the making through an historical and relevant tour of the Capitol.
Gospel Skate Night to Help Olivia fight Leukemia

Clarksville, TN – Olivia Hardy is an 8 year old female who has been recently diagnosed on October 21st, 2010 with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. Her mother is on a leave of absence to care for her until she is able to return to school. Olivia’s father who was the sole financial provider lost his job 3 weeks before Christmas. LEAP preps students through Internet based scavenger hunt

Clarksville, TN – On Wednesday, March 2nd 2011 students from the LEAP Intern program participated in a collegiate Internet trivia based scavenger hunt. “The objective of the exercise was to familiarize students with utilizing the Internet to research college majors, requirements, fun interesting facts about various schools,” says, Tamira Cole, President of the LEAP Organization Board of Directors. As an incentive for participating, the group who won the scavenger hunt received two $25.00 gift cards to stores of their choosing. [Read more]
LEAP Housing Program Apartment Unit Available

Clarksville, TN – On November 19th, 2010 a Clarksville resident signed her lease in the offices of Millan Enterprises to be the first single parent assisted under the LEAP Housing Program.
Through a partnership with Millan Enterprises, the LEAP ORG provides housing to low income single parents who find themselves in dire need of housing. [Read more]
