APSU Dining Services rebrands two restaurants on campus

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s Dining Services introduced two new restaurant concepts on Monday morning, May 13th, 2019 to the APSU Morgan University Center’s food court. During a brief ceremony, Grill Nation and Zona Mexicana were rebranded “Burger 931” and “Tu Taco” respectively.

Jammin’ in the Alley rocked Friday night with The Rooted Wings

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Department and Recreation held there second Jammin’ in the Alley concert of the year last night at Strawberry Alley. The concert showcased the talents of Rooted Wings, a musical duo comprised of John Winters and Samantha Hawkins.
After a few open mic night collaborations when Winters and Hawkins knew that they wanted to form a cohesive act together, and have combined their unique styles folding the blues, jazz, and a variety of popular music together into a fresh and rhythmic sound.

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s Parks and Recreation department is excited to announce The Rooted Wings to play at the next Jammin’ in the Alley concert June 15th.
The annual summer concert series, presented by U.S. Bank, is now in its 5th season and will feature a variety of local talent. In addition to the live music, downtown restaurants will offer outdoor dining for concert-goers.

Clarksville, TN – On Friday, July 15th, the Clarksville Downtown Market will hold its first-ever “Night Market” in conjunction with the City of Clarksville and U.S. Bank’s popular summer concert series Jammin’ in the Alley.
More than a dozen vendors from Clarksville’s weekly Downtown Market will be set up along Strawberry Alley from 5:00pm to 8:00pm selling a variety of homegrown and homemade items.
Annual Taste of Holiday Extravaganza

Clarksville, TN – A&S All Support, Inc. will once again present “Taste of Holiday”, Thursday September 22nd, at the Riverview Inn from 5:00pm to 9:00pm in the large ballroom downstairs. This annual event showcases the area’s vendors in food, desserts, and catering and gift ideas.

3rd Annual Taste of Holiday

Clarksville, TN – A & S All Support presents the 3rd Annual Taste of Holiday Event on Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at First Baptist Church. This event attracted numerous vendors and more than 300 participants last year.
This year we expect an even larger turnout. The cause validates the expectation and the community support that this event produces. All proceeds from the event benefits supportive employment by placement, training and job coaching for individuals with disabilities.
Taste of Holiday features food & beverage samples from some of the finest restaurants, bakeries and caterers in and around the local area. This event is intended for participants to explore options in planning their own holiday events, taste from multiple vendors in one venue, or just have an evening of fun and tasty indulgence while supporting a worthwhile cause.
