Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, July 5th, 2012, Clarksville City Council passed a resolution recognizing July 2012 as Parks and Recreation Month. Residents are encouraged to get out and show how parks and recreation make their lives extraordinary.

Since 1985, America has celebrated July as the nation’s official Park and Recreation Month.
