APSU freshman wins recent state pageant

Clarksville, TN – A freshman at Austin Peay State University recently was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen in the National American Miss Pageant, held September 3rd-5th in Franklin.
Sarah Gross competed with approximately 50 young women in the teen division. She had a community involvement portion worth 10 percent; personal interviews, 30 percent; personal introduction, 30 percent; and formal wear, 30 percent. [Read more]
