APSU BFA Student’s Senior Show Exhibits Hidden Beauty of Old Abandoned Home

Clarksville, TN – Old, abandoned houses are normally considered to be eyesores to a neighborhood. Many are torn down to be replaced by something new, but away from the city and suburban life many are left standing to crumble and decay on their own. They become overgrown and hidden by brush and weeds, only to become forgotten and passed over.
Austin Peay State University photography student Megan Melton, however, seeks to find these places and show the beauty of what they once were and are now. [Read more]
