Select City Pools to remain open through Labor Day Weekend

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation will be closing their public pools for the summer season on Sunday, August 5th. However, Beachaven Pool and Bel-Aire Pool will remain open August 10th through September 3rd on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, as well Monday, September 3rd. Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – Enjoy the Zumba classes you love, with a splash, Aqua Zumba is back! The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department will have Aqua Zumba classes in two locations this summer.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Beachaven Pool, located at 390 Gaylewood Drive, at 5:00pm beginning June 5th as well as on Wednesdays at the New Providence Pool, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, at 8:00am beginning June 6th. [Read more]

Indoor Aquatic Center offers Instructional & Fitness Swimming for Pre-Competitive Swimming

Indoor Aquatic Center - New ProvidenceClarksville, TN – Are you or your children interested in competitive swimming or maybe just furthering swimming skills? The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department offers an Instructional and Fitness Swimming course at the Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence, located at 166 Cunningham Lane. The first session begins October 22nd.

Instructional & Fitness Swimming is an instructional and exercise program that develops health, fitness and swimming skills for both children and adults. [Read more]
