Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Civil War Roundtable announces its May 2024 program and speaker. The meeting is always open to interested members of the public.
The next Clarksville (TN) Civil War Roundtable meeting will be on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, at Fort Defiance Park, our new home, 120 Duncan Street, off New Providence Boulevard. Turn onto Walker Street off New Providence Boulevard and then onto Duncan Street.
Manna Café Hosts Thanksgiving Day Dinner

Clarksville, TN – Manna Café Ministries will host its fifth annual Thanksgiving dinner at Burt-Cobb Community Center (1011 Franklin Street) on Thanksgiving Day. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
For those who need a ride to the event, Manna Cafe will run shuttles from their regular meal sites (the Policing Precinct on New Providence Boulevard. and the CMCSS parking lot on Crossland Avenue between Gracey and Central Street). [Read more]

Manna Café Ministries “Block Party” a hit with the Community

Clarksville, TN – Manna Cafe Ministries is about feeding, loving and nurturing the poor and homeless. This past Saturday, they held a “Block Party” for the New Providence community at the Vacation Motel located at 650 Providence Boulevard from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
There was a live DJ supplying the tunes and volunteers helping with the carnival games and serving the food. It was estimated that over 400 people came by to enjoy the fun.
Riverside Drive Lane Closures for Riverfest & Park Information

Clarksville, TN – Lanes of Riverside Drive will be closed at various times for Riverfest, beginning September 8th and continuing through September 10th.
