Montgomery County, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS) has selected Anthony Johnson as Chief Communications Officer (CCO) beginning April 1st, 2020. He replaces Elise Shelton who retires at the end of May.

Clarksville, TN – Anticipation rippled through the Barkers Mill Elementary third, fourth and fifth graders as they witnessed Fern pondering what to name her piglet.
Some students giggled and leaned toward each other’s ears, whispering. Other students shifted forward in their seats at the Roxy Regional Theatre and whispered – a bit more loudly – at the stage.

Meals to be served at Summer Youth Program sites
Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Parks and Recreation is participating in the Summer Food Service Program throughout the duration of the City’s Summer Youth Program.
At 14 of the 15 program sites (all sites excluding Crow Recreation Center) meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, and reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service (not all prohibited bases apply to all programs).
Open Enrollment for the 2018-19 school year is available in CMCSS now through February 20th, 2018

The School System has developed a limited open enrollment policy for students who wish to attend a school or program outside the area for which they are zoned.

Mrs. Amstutz currently serves as the academic coach at Moore Magnet.
