Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, December 6th, 2014, Clarksville-Montgomery County held their annual Christmas Celebrations.
The festivities included the local school groups Christmas caroling on the court house steps, followed by the lighted Christmas Parade. After the Parade concluded Montgomery County held the official Lighting of the County Christmas Tree on the Courthouse law, and Santa visited with area children.

Premier Medical Group becomes “Santa’s Helpers”

Clarksville, TN – Last week Premier Medical Group staff and employees became “Santa’s Helpers” as they delivered Christmas gifts to Montgomery County Children’s Services.
For the 19th year Premier employees have staged fundraisers throughout the year to provide Christmas gifts.

Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan announces City’s first Military and Veterans Liason

Montgomery County, TN – The USAA Financial Center in Clarksville is the latest organization to become Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certified.
Chamber of Commerce Director Melinda Shepard, Military Affairs Coordinator Yvonne Pickerling, Clarksville Chief of Staff Bill Harpel and Montgomery County Public Information Officer Elizabeth Black attended their green ribbon cutting to congratulate USAA on earning their certification.

Company is adding more than 150 new jobs to support current and future customer programs
Valley City, OH – Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO), a leading supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, today announced the opening of its Montgomery County, Tennessee, aluminum die casting plant.
The brownfield site was acquired by Shiloh in August of 2013. Shiloh has initiated renovations, upgrades and the addition of new equipment to the facility and estimates it will invest over $20 million along with adding more than 150 new jobs to support future production needs and customer demands. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has Grinch in custody, to serve community service at Christmas Parade

Montgomery County, TN – It has been nearly a year since the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office booked the notorious Christmas thief, Mr. Grinch, into Montgomery County Jail, and now the green menace is facing the worst possible punishment for his crimes.
“Working closely with our District Attorney’s Office and our judges, we’ve found a suitable punishment for Mr. Grinch that I’m sure will work out to everyone’s advantage,” said Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson.
A terrified Clarksville resident last year, just before Mr. Grinch took off with a few gifts. The items were later returned.
