Wendy Red Star to speak, show exhibit at APSU

Clarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University’s The New Gallery, with support from The APSU Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts and the APSU Department of Art + Design, is pleased to present Wendy Red Star: Apsáalooke Feminist, Four Seasons, White Squaw, to continue an exciting 2018-19 exhibition season.
Artist Wendy Red Star works across disciplines to explore the intersections of Native American ideologies and colonialist structures, both historically and in contemporary society.

Austin Peay State University Provost Lecture Series features Geosciences professor Gentry January 23rd

Clarksville, TN – The next meeting of the Clarksville (TN) Civil War Roundtable will be on Wednesday, July 20th, 2011 in our new home at the Bone & Joint Center, 980 Professional Park Drive, right across the street from Gateway Hospital. This is just off Dunlop Lane and Holiday Drive and only a few minutes east of Governor’s Square mall. The meeting begins at 7:00pm and is always open to the public.
