Clarksville, TN – Under the director of Victor Felts, Austin Peay State University (APSU)associate dean of students, and the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, the Miss Austin Peay pageant was recently named “Most Outstanding Local Pageant” by the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Scholarship Pageant.
2016 Clarksville-Montgomery County Veterans Day Parade

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville-Montgomery County gathered together in front of the Montgomery County Historic Courthouse this past Saturday, November 5th to honor our veterans, as well as those who are still serving their country.
The day started off at 9:00am with a Veterans Day Ceremony. Veterans Service Organization director Frank Mir gave the opening remarks followed by the 101st Airborne Division Honor Guard Posting the Colors.

APSU student competing in Miss Tennessee Pageant

Clarksville, TN – Katie Neely, who was crowned Miss Austin Peay in November 2010, is in Jackson this week competing in the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Pageant.
Rehearsals, public appearances and competitions are scheduled for the entire week. The final night of competition ends Saturday, June 18th with the crowning of Miss Tennessee. The winner will go on to compete in Miss America later this year.
A 20-year-old junior at APSU, Katie is majoring in business administration.
