Clarksville, TN – McGregor Park and Trice Landing Park which had recently closed because of impeding high waters from flooding have now reopened to the public. McGregor Park opens daily at dawn and closes at midnight. Trice Landing Park opens daily at dawn and closes at dusk.

Clarksville, TN – Because of impeding high waters from flooding, the following parks remain closed until further notice: McGregor Park and Trice Landing Park. Billy Dunlop Park has reopened to the public.
We advise citizens to use extreme caution by avoiding these flooded areas all together.

City postpones 2010 Flood commemoration

Clarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville will reschedule a commemoration of the 2010 Flood planned for today at the Cumberland RiverCenter Pavilion amphitheater of McGregor Park because of high waters from recent severe weather. No new date has been set for the ceremony. [Read more]
Riverside Drive Lane Closures for Riverfest

There will be lane closures on Riverside Drive for Riverfest beginning September 9th continuing through September 11th. We recommend drivers plan alternate routes or give themselves plenty of time to travel to their destination. [Read more]

Lighted Boat Parade

Sit back and watch as the Cumberland River is illuminated in a majestic display of floating lights during the 3rd Annual Riverfest Lighted Boat Parade to be held Saturday, September 11th at 8:00pm. Don’t want to just be a bystander in the show? Enter your boat in the festivities and you may even come home with an award!
Judging will take place at the McGregor Park courtesy boat dock. The event will be hosted by the Montgomery County Conservation Club. Locations throughout McGregor Park during the Riverfest Celebration will offer public viewing. [Read more]

The City of Clarksville together with U.S. Bank will soon be Jammin’ in Strawberry Alley once more. Join us on Friday, July 16th for Jammin’ in the Alley’s third year in downtown Clarksville.
This month’s free concert features the Tina Brown. This New York native has quickly become a Clarksville favorite performing at various events around town, to include our recent July 3rd Celebration at McGregor Park. Tina Brown has also performed all over the mid-South to include blues festivals, on Beale Street, and has even opened for Earth, Wind, & Fire and Gladys Knight in Europe! [Read more]
