Montgomery County Clerk’s Office Plans Temporary Move for Office Renovation

Montgomery County TennesseeMontgomery County, TN – The Montgomery County Clerk’s Office will be temporarily relocated within Veterans Plaza while their office undergoes renovation.

On Friday, September 12th, the County Clerk’s Office, including the drive through, will be closed to the public to facilitate the move.

The office will reopen to the public on Monday, September 15th at its temporary location of 350 Pageant Lane, Suite 406. This is the site of the former Career Center office and only two doors down from the current location.

Last weekends Lone Oak Picnic drew huge crowd

The Civitan Club

Cunningham, TN – On Saturday, July 30th the Central Civitan Club held their 103rd annual Lone Oak Picnic. It is a place to gather to socialize, enjoy some great food, and to learn about the issues facing our community.

Everyone was kicking back, and relaxing as they enjoyed the gospel, country and bluegrass entertainment. The car show is always a hit. There was even inflatables and a train for the kids.

The final day of Rivers and Spires starts off slow, but picks up in the end

The Rivers and Spires FestivalClarksville, TN – Due to unseasonably chilly weather and a blustery wind, the third day of Rivers and Spires looked like it was going to end with a whimper rather than a bang, the victim of the unpredictable spring weather. However as the afternoon wore on, more and more people showed up to enjoy all that the festival had to offer. “The crowd hung in even though we had monsoon winds and rains, and I think it says a lot about this festival, and how much people enjoy it” said Festival Manager Doug Barber.
