Dancing with the Stars comes to Clarksville

Clarksville, TN – The orchestra is tuning up, the dance shoes are nervously tapping backstage and the excitement is building for Saturday night’s Fourth Annual Dancing with the Stars presented by Altrusa International of Clarksville. This annual fundraiser brings together local celebrities and dancing professionals for an evening of stellar entertainment.
This year’s celebrities include: Cassandra Osborne from CEMC, Jameson Griffis with Merrill Lynch, Felicia Long from Keller Williams Realty, Kay Sites of Sites & Sutton Marketing, Scott Jensen with Planters Bank and Kayla Goad LeVan from Byers & Harvey, Inc.
Dancing with the Stars Tickets go on Sale

Clarksville, TN – Tickets go on sale this week for the third annual Dancing with the Stars.
Altrusa International of Clarksville, producters of the show, have chosen Melissa Schaffner to step in for Mayor Kim McMillan, who had to drop out due to a knee injury.
Schaffner is the Marketing Director for Fort Campbell MWR. Schaffner joins Susan Ford, Britany Campbell, Conrad Edington, Ronnie Hunter and Jim Knoll, who have been in rehearsals for several weeks now.

Clarksville, TN – Altrusa International’s 3rd Annual “Dancing with the Stars” is proud to announce their 2011 celebrities. This year’s preformance will include Mayor-Elect Kim McMillan, Jackson Elementary teacher Sandra Ford, Legend Bank’s Britney Campbell, Jim Knoll, Public Information Officer of the Clarksville Police Department, Conrad Edington of Edington ETC and retired banker Ronnie Hunter.
The “dancers” have already started taking lessons with The Clarksville Dance club and will soon travel to Nashville to be paired with their professional dance partners to begin the rigorous choreography for the show scheduled for March 19th at Austin Peay State University Mass Communications.
