Rise Partners acquires vacant Kmart Property in Clarksville Tennessee

Chattanooga, TN – Rise Partners, an investment group focused on shopping center acquisitions, redevelopments and ground-up development, announced its purchase of the vacant Kmart property on Madison Street, a 95,000 square foot shopping center located in Clarksville, Tennessee.
This is Rise Partners third acquisition and is a solid fit to its strategy of acquiring premium location redevelopment opportunities. The project is scheduled to be completed this fall, in time for holiday shopping.

Montgomery County, TN – James Corlew Chevrolet was honored with a green ribbon cutting on Friday, November 9th, 2018 as the newest member of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Green Certification Program (CMCGCP).
The ceremony was attended by Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett, Montgomery County Chief of Staff Jeff Truitt, Montgomery County Emergency Medical Services Director Jimmie Edwards, Melinda Shepard of the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, CMCGP Manager Carlye Sommers, CMCGCP Steering Committee members Bill Harpel (City of Clarksville), Rose Melton (Altra Federal Credit Union), and Doug Jones (Montgomery County).

Imagination Playground opens at Downtown Commons

Clarksville, TN – A lot has been going on at Downtown Commons, which opened just last week. Saturday afternoon, another of the park’s much anticipated components was unveiled, the Imagination Playground.
Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett was on hand. He took a few moments to welcome a crowd of more than 100 people to Clarksville’s newest park.
