Clarksville Parks and Recreation to host “Let’s Just Dance” Teen Event at Burt-Cobb Recreation Center

Clarksville, TN – On July 22nd at 7:00pm, the Burt-Cobb Community Center, located at 1011 Franklin Street, will expand its offerings to the community by hosting a new teen event, “Let’s Just Dance.”
Teens, ages 13-17, are invited to come dance and party in a safe environment with friends from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Lowe’s to teach building skills to local volunteers for Habitat for Humanity’s 2016 Women Build

Clarksville, TN – Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County Tennessee (HFHMCTN) and longtime national partner Lowe’s are hosting “how to” construction clinics for women volunteering during our Women Build 2016 project.
Taking place each year, the national Habitat for Humanity Women Build program encourages women across the country to devote at least one day to building simple, decent and affordable housing with Habitat in their local communities.
Sleep Under the Stars at the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Fall Family Campout

Registration is underway for this fun family camp out beginning at 2:00pm Saturday, September 13th, until 9:00am Sunday, September 14th, at the park located at 1930 East Boy Scout Road.
