Clarksville, TN – Starting Friday, July 10th, 2020, Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement will be open Friday-Saturday, 11:00am – 4:00pm and Sunday, 1:00pm– 4:00pm.
Tours are self-guided and self-paced. Visitors receive a map at the Visitor Center.
Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement Opens June 6th

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, June 6th, Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement, a 40-acre living-history farm in rural Montgomery County, Tennessee, will open to the public for its 2020 season.
The settlement will be open Saturdays from 11:00am–4:00pm and Sundays 1:00pm–4:00pm through October.

Collinsville Artisan Fair invites Artists to showcase their work

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, October 5th, 2019, the Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement is hosting a one-day Artisan Fair from 10:00am to 2:00pm as part of Tennessee Craft Week (October 4th-13th).
Artists and craftspeople are invited to bring a table to show and sell their work. They are looking for artists and craftspeople who work with jewelry, pottery, fabric, metal, photography, paints, wood—any material that showcases artistic and hand-crafted products. Demonstrations are also encouraged.
Central Civitan 5k to be held at Historic Collinsville, October 5th

Southside, TN – On Saturday, October 5th, 2019, the Central Civitan Club will hold the Central Civitan 5k at the Historic Collinsville Pioneer Settlement.
The 5k will start at 8:30am. Registration, walking or running, is $35.00 for adults and $25.00 for children 2-18. Price includes a t-shirt and goodie bag.
“This will be the first one we have sponsored at Historic Collinsville,” said Margaret Adames, Central Civitan. “We are looking forward to having a great experience there.”
111th Lone Oak Picnic has fantastic turnout

Cunningham, TN – Last Saturday, July 27th, 2019, the Central Civitan held the 111th Annual Lone Oak Picnic at the Central Civitan Club building located at 275 Highway 13.
This free event featured live music, inflatables for the kids, face painting, silent auction, a car cruise in and off course the BBQ the picnic is famous for.
Great day, great crowd, great weather, one hundred and eleven years of doing this and going strong,” said Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson. “This is one of the biggest and best organized community events that I have ever been to in Montgomery County. Talking to other Sheriffs that go to events across the state, they say the same thing.”
