Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Adult Literacy Council will offer a FREE 3-week Basic Sign Language Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays Starting Tuesday, June 14th, 2016 – Thursday, June 30th, 2016.
Classes will start at 1:00pm.

On Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Advanced computer skills with the option of certification is held.

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan will announce members of the Mayor’s Fitness Council at a July fitness event at 5:00pm Wednesday at Smith Pool.
Following the City Council’s approval on July 7th to establish the Fitness Council, McMillan will appoint the members to the new board, which will take a pro-active, multi-faceted approach to helping residents achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle via education, becoming more active and proper nutrition. Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation is searching for volunteers to assist in the organization and execution of plans to assist with the upcoming Teacher’s Warehouse supply drive.
The Teacher’s Warehouse is a no-cost supply store for area educators to supplement their classrooms with supplies, learning aides, teaching tools and reward incentives for the benefit of students.
