Fuse Fireworks + ShowsClarksville, TN – 2016 marks the 8th year for June Boom in Clarksville, TN. In 2009, June Boom was a mere idea between Frank Caldwell and Justin Grant. Since its inception, the crowd has grown exponentially.

June Boom 2016, which is scheduled for Saturday June 11th, is expected to be bigger and better than ever!

This family-friendly event was created by Caldwell and Grant as a way to give back to the Clarksville community.

Clarksville Transit System will begin Service to Industrial Park Monday, April 4th

Clarksville Transit System - CTSClarksville, TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan is excited to announce that the Clarksville Transit System will begin offering bus service to the Clarksville – Montgomery County Industrial Park beginning April 4th, 2016.

“People have been asking for this service for a long time,” explained Mayor McMillan, “But in order to provide the service, we had to have the Urbanized Area in our Metropolitan Transportation Plan extended.”

Mid South Softball Association to hold signups today at Governors Square Mall

Mid South Softball AssociationClarksville, TN – On February 6th, 2016 the Mid South Softball Association will be holding signups inside Governors Square Mall at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Ages are from 5-6 year old T-Ball through 23U Fastpitch Women’s League.

Mid South Softball Association features top level coaching, training and officiating. It is affiliated with the USSSA. The registration fee is $75.00.

Governor’s Square Mall to have Country Singer & Bullying Prevention Spokesperson Kylie Morgan to perform today

Performance in Support of National Bullying Prevention Month

Governors Square MallClarksville, TN – Country singer-songwriter and bullying prevention spokesperson, Kylie Morgan, will be perform at Governor’s Square Mall on Saturday, October 17, in support of National Bullying Prevention Month. The performance will begin at 1:00pm in Dick’s Sporting Goods Court. There will be a free meet & greet with Kylie at Vanity immediately following the performance.

Kylie Morgan is a 19-year-old country music artist from Newcastle, Oklahoma. At age 15, Kylie wrote the song, “Phoebe” in honor of Phoebe Prince, a young girl who committed suicide due to childhood bullying.
