Clarksville Civil War RoundtableClarksville, TN – The next meeting of the Clarksville (TN) Civil War Roundtable will be on Wednesday, November 18th, 2015 at the Bone & Joint Center, 980 Professional Park Drive, right across the street from Gateway Medical Center. This is just off Dunlop Lane and Holiday Drive and only a few minutes east of Governor’s Square mall.

The meeting begins at 7:00 pm and is always open to the public. Members please bring a friend or two – new recruits are always welcomed.

Governor’s Square Mall to have Country Singer & Bullying Prevention Spokesperson Kylie Morgan to perform today

Performance in Support of National Bullying Prevention Month

Governors Square MallClarksville, TN – Country singer-songwriter and bullying prevention spokesperson, Kylie Morgan, will be perform at Governor’s Square Mall on Saturday, October 17, in support of National Bullying Prevention Month. The performance will begin at 1:00pm in Dick’s Sporting Goods Court. There will be a free meet & greet with Kylie at Vanity immediately following the performance.

Kylie Morgan is a 19-year-old country music artist from Newcastle, Oklahoma. At age 15, Kylie wrote the song, “Phoebe” in honor of Phoebe Prince, a young girl who committed suicide due to childhood bullying.

Free Family Fun, Science, Exhibitors, Giveaways and the Back to School Fashion Show

Governors Square MallClarksville, TN – The annual Back to School Fair at Governor’s Square Mall is this Saturday, July 25th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. The event will include free fun and educational family entertainment, exhibitors, and the Back to School Fashion Show. Visit the DJ table in Dick’s Court to register-to-win prizes and pick up a bag full of Back to School coupons from mall retailers (while supplies last).

New Fashion Advisory Board begins at Governor’s Square Mall

Members participate in fashion photo shoots, fashion shows and assist with mall events.

Governors Square MallClarksville, TN – Clarksville’s Governor’s Square Mall is accepting applications for membership in the Fashion Advisory Board now until August 14th. The Fashion Advisory Board is open to high school students 15 years of age or older with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Parental permission is mandatory for program participation. The Fashion Advisory Board is a program for high school students interested in fashion, events and marketing. [Read more]

Actor Spencer Boldman, who plays Adam Davenport on the Disney XD live-action comedy series “Lab Rats,” will be at Governor’s Square Mall on Saturday, July 18th.

Teen actress Skai Jackson, who plays the adorable Zuri Ross in the Disney Channel hit series “Jessie” and the brand new comedy series “Bunk’d,” will be at Governor’s Square Mall on Sunday, July 19th. Both appearances will be in Dick’s Sporting Goods Court from 1:00pm-4:00pm. [Read more]

Unique Fireworks Show Celebrates 7th Anniversary

Fuse Fireworks + ShowsClarksville, TN – Once again, The Lodge Sports Pub and Governor’s Square Mall have teamed up with Fuse Fireworks to bring a free fireworks display to Clarksville on Saturday June 13th, 2015.

This will be the 7th year for June Boom Over Clarksville. Despite recent changes at The Lodge, business owner Frank Caldwell wanted to keep the event alive by continuing to host June Boom at the same location.

501st Midsouth Garrison To Raise Money For Dreams & Wishes of Tennessee

Governors Square MallClarksville, TN – May the force be with you! The 501st MidSouth Garrison will be in Center Court at Governor’s Square Mall on Saturday, June 20th from noon to 3:00pm to raise money for Dreams & Wishes of Tennessee.

Take a picture with your favorite Star Wars characters for a recommended $5.00 donation. All proceeds go to benefit Dreams and Wishes of Tennessee, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that grants wishes to individuals between the ages of 5-21 who have relapsed from cancer or have a second life threatening illness diagnosis.
