Paychecks for Patriots Hiring Fair Thursday, October 25th

Clarksville, TN – On Thursday, October 25th, the Tennessee Career Center of Clarksville will hold Paychecks for Patriots Hiring Fair from 10:00am-2:00pm.
The Tennessee Department of Labor has partnered with Dollar General and several major employers in Tennessee to connect veterans with jobs. The “Paychecks for Patriots” hiring fair will be held on October 25th in 13 Tennessee Career Centers throughout the state and will feature local employers interested in putting veterans to work. Clarksville, TN – Due to inclement weather, the Movies in the Park event scheduled for September 1st, 2012 at Heritage Park Soccer fields was cancelled and was rescheduled for Saturday, October 20th, 2012.
The event will feature two movies from the 80’s, “The Princess Bride” followed by “The Goonies” – both movies are rated PG.

Clarksville, TN – The 100% Graduation is Clarksville’s Business committee and presenting business sponsors announce the first ever Get Motivated…2016 assembly for all Clarksville-Montgomery County freshmen.

Clarksville, TN – Join Clarksville Parks and Recreation Saturday, September 15th, 2012 at Heritage Park Soccer fields for this month’s Movies in the Park event, featuring the popular new release, “The Hunger Games” – rated PG-13.
“The Hunger Games” is set in a future where the Capitol selects a boy and girl from the twelve districts to fight to the death on live television, Katniss Everdeen volunteers to take her younger sister’s place for the latest match. It stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth.

Clarksville, TN – Join Clarksville Parks and Recreation Saturday, August 18th, 2012 at Heritage Park Soccer fields for this month’s Movies in the Park event, featuring the 2010 American science fiction and action film – “Inception”- rated PG-13. Parental supervision is strongly recommended due to language and sexual content.
Inception is a 2010 American science fiction/action heist film written, co-produced, and directed by Christopher Nolan. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, Dileep Rao, Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger, and Michael Caine.

The showing has been rescheduled for this Saturday, August 11th, 2012 at the Heritage Park Soccer fields. “Ratatouille” is a 2007 computer-animated film that is rated G.
