Barracuda performance lifts the Heart of Downtown Clarksville

Montgomery County, TN – Downtown Clarksville came alive Friday night as Barracuda America’s Heart Tribute took the stage at Downtown @ Sundown.

Big Fish reeled in at Montgomery County Fishing Rodeo

Clarksville, TN – It was partly sunny, and warm with a slight breeze Saturday morning, perfect weather for the Montgomery County Fishing Rodeo hosted by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).

Clarksville Downtown Market kicks off 2022 Season

Clarksville, TN – Saturday, May 14th, 2022 was opening day for the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department’s Clarksville Downtown Market. Hundreds of people descended on Downtown Clarksville’s public square looking to buy fresh produce, handcrafted items, flowers, farm grown meats and eggs, as well as food items.

There were giveaways at the Clarksville Parks and Recreation booth, Altra Federal Credit Union booth as well as the Blue Cord Realty booth. In all, there were 92 vendors present displaying their goods to all those that attended.

15th Annual Sigma Chi Easter Egg Hunt has held Saturday at Austin Peay State University

Clarksville, TN – On Saturday, more than 150 kids came out for an Easter egg hunt on the lawn of the President’s mansion at Austin Peay State University.

“This is the 15^th annual Sigma Chi Easter Egg Hunt, and it’s the first time it has been hosted by the president of the university,” Victor Felts said. “President Licari and Kirsten have been so gracious, and Kirsten has been very involved in the planning. She made 150 very creative Peeps treats, and dozens of cookies. She also handled all the decorations.”
