Clarksville Area Chamber of CommerceClarksville, TN – The Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce announces upcoming events during the month of May.

On May 8th, the Chamber will hold the annual Industry Appreciation Lunch. As a way to say thank you to the workforce that makes up our local industry the Chamber, Industrial Development Board and Aspire Foundation will host a free lunch from 11:00am–2:00pm at Beachaven Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane. MedSafe is completely anonymous and promotes the well-being of individuals and the Clarksville, TN community.

It is easy to operate and accepts controlled, non-controlled, and over-the-counter medications. MedSafe is also a DEA preferred and approved method of discarding any unused medications. By being a “collector,” CWP is an approved DEA registrant, and has applied with the DEA to collect controlled substances from users.

Jazz on the Lawn cancels show due to Rain Concerns

October 10, 2017

Clarksville, TN – Fans of Beachaven Winery’s Jazz on the Lawn series were a bit disappointed this weekend as Saturday’s show featuring the Consouselors had to be altered at the last minute for safety concerns.

After a beautiful week of weather leading up to Saturday’s event, remnants of Hurricane Nate moved through the area over the weekend and organizers were forced to cancel the band, and not set up the outside wine sales area.

A threat of severe weather caused a cancellation of the band for Saturday's Jazz on the Lawn, but many stayed around for a DJ.
