101st Airborne Division’s Annual Week of the Eagles Concert is this Friday

Fort Campbell, KY – Join Fort Campbell MWR for an electrifying evening of music at the Week of the Eagles Concert on Friday, May 17th, starting at 6:00pm at the Division Parade Field.
This event is free and open to Department of Defense (DoD) and Non-DoD ID card holders.

Fort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell and the surrounding communities came together to celebrate the 4th of July, Independence Day with a bang at Fort Campbell’s USAA and MWR’s (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) Independence Day Carnival and Fireworks display.
“This is what we’re here for we’re here to celebrate the birth of our nation, our soldiers and their families , and our civilians workers. They give so much to us and this is our way of giving back to them especially today on our nation’s birthday,” said Rayna Holly from the Fort Campbell Public Affiars Office.
Blake Shelton gives Military Appreciation Concert

Fort Campbell, KY – On July 10th The Air Force Reserve Tour for the Troops invites all Military ID Card holders and their Families and guests to the Division Parade Field to hear award winning musician, Blake Shelton, live in concert.
Blake has visited the #1 spot on the country singles chart no fewer than eight times with hits “Austin”, “The Baby”, “Some Beach”, “Home”, “She Won’t Be Gone”, “Hillbilly Bone” (a duet with Trace Adkins), “All About Tonight”, and “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking”. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and come enjoy this free Military appreciation concert.
Best Of The Road Visits Clarksville and Fort Campbell

Clarksville, TN – Over the weekend, Tawny Clark and Chris Staudinger visited Clarksville as part of the Rally McNally – USA Today Best of the Road contest. Clarksville had the most votes for the Most Patriotic contest and earned a visit by the judges.
Tawny and Chris spent two days in town on a mission to see if Clarksville will become the Most Patriotic city. They took lots of photos and video to take back to the panel of judges who will actually make the final decision later this month. [Read more]
Fort Campbell Independence Day Celebration Tonight

Fort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell will host its annual Independence Day Celebration at the Fort Campbell’s Division Parade Field tonight, July 4th, at 7:00pm. The show will include performances by the Screaming Eagles Parachute Demonstration Team, a 50-gun Salute to the Union, posting of the Colors and fireworks display in addition to free concert by Laura Bell Bundy and Jacob Lyda.

Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union Hosts Welcome Home Concert at Fort Campbell

Fort Campbell, KY – Early Saturday afternoon several country music stars made their way to the division parade field to honor the soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division.
Prior to the show, Charles English with the band Rocket City said there is alot of great talent here today and they are motivated by the soldiers.
Darryl Worley, Randy Owen, Teddy Gentry, Mark Willis and Buddy Jewell along with some new comers all ready to perform for the the soldiers and their families during this holiday weekend.

Fort Campbell celebrates Independence Day

Fort Campbell commemorates the nation’s 234th birthday with a carnival, fireworks and country music.
The Independence Week Carnival, presented by USAA and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, begins Wednesday at 5:00pm and wraps up July 5th at 4:00pm at the Division Parade Field.
This year’s festivities include carnival rides and games provided by Belle City Amusements. An Independence Day fireworks display, as well as plenty of food and more than 20 games of skill, promise fun for the entire Family.
Ride tickets will be available for $1.00 each, with 25 tickets for $20.00. Opening day is Dollar Day at the carnival, with a $1.00 charge per ride. Attendees can also purchase armbands, which allow them to ride all the rides as much as they want for one price. [Read more]
